주요 업무:
- Reddit의 광고 솔루션과 커뮤니티 기반 가치를 현지 한국 브랜드 및 대행사에 제안
- 주요 고객(광고주)을 관리하고, Reddit 광고를 통해 최적의 효과를 누릴 수 있도록 지원
- 시장의 목소리를 대변하고 Reddit 및 Aleph에 제품 피드백 전달
- 클라이언트 솔루션 매니저(CSM) 및 다양한 부서 동료들과 협업하여 고객 성공을 보장
- 외부 행사에서 Reddit을 대표하여 연설하고, 고객과 직접 만나며 Reddit의 시장 내 입지 구축
- 영업 파이프라인 업데이트 및 매출 예측 제공 및 시장 전략 수립 참여
- 고객 온보딩부터 계약, 인보이스까지 전체 과정을 주도
자격 요건:
- 디지털 광고 영업, 온라인 미디어 또는 광고 업계 전반에서 5~7년 경력
- 현지 디지털 광고 시장에 대한 탄탄한 이해와 미디어 대행사 혹은 애드테크(AdTech) 플랫폼 경험
- 광고, 마케팅, 미디어 분야의 폭넓은 현지 네트워크
- 신규 고객 발굴, 피칭, 관계 관리 경험 입증
- 강력한 커뮤니케이션 능력: 협상과 행사 발표에 자신감 있는 분
- 전략적 사고 능력과 더불어 변화, 피드백, 빠른 성장에 유연하게 적응할 수 있는 역량
- 영어와 한국어 모두 능통
- 디지털 기술을 비전문가도 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 설명하는 능력
