We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality ABA therapy to individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with clients, their families, and a team of dedicated professionals to provide the highest level of care and support. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field, plus certification from the BACB as a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • In-depth knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of ABA therapy
  • Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Must be willing to travel to clients' homes, schools, and other community settings as needed to provide therapy and support unless otherwise directed to be telehealth 


Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify individuals' strengths and areas of need
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals
  • Implement evidence-based interventions using the principles of ABA
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes and schools when needed
  • Train and supervise other ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Collect and analyze data using Central Reach to measure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
