Job Overview

Planning and managing the project from the IT, communication and business perspective, including contributing to the refining of the platform’s architecture, structure, and user experience, and providing support to users. 

Monitoring content completeness and coordinating updates with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely content availability

Overseeing platform governance, user access, and security policies 

Communication with stakeholders, drafting notes and ensuring the follow-up

Developing, managing and supporting online community

Preparing feasibility studies and business cases to guide strategic decisions on platform upgrades and transitions (e.g., possible Confluence Wiki to SharePoint migration)

Organising and delivering meetings, webinars and trainings for internal and external users, including drafting documentation (such as user and web procedure manuals), preparing coaching materials, and presenting projects and tools on online communication platform to ensure effective use (Confluence Wiki, MS Teams, Jira)

Creation and management of the online collaborative sites (Confluence Wiki, MS Teams, Jira)

Creating and structuring content and administering the online collaborative sites (Confluence Wiki, MS Teams, Jira)

Tracking and analysing platform performance metrics and user feedback

Managing issue reporting and bug tracking processes

Gathering and mapping stakeholder needs to support diverse user requirements and expanding stakeholder groups

Liaising with relevant teams in charge of collaborative tools

 

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

•           Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

•           Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis. 

•           Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes. 

•           Ability to take decision in case of issues efficiently and fast 

•           Able to cope with the fast-changing technologies used in collaborative platforms and self-service (nocode) software management 

•           Ability to give business and technical presentations 

•           Ability to apply high quality standards 

•           Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences 

•           Analysis and problem-solving skills 

•           Capability to write clear and structured business requirements documents and other papers 

•           Ability to participate in meetings with stakeholders and good communication skills 

•           Knowledge of the Erasmus+ programme and its programme guide 

•           Knowledge of following tools: 

•           Atlassian Jira 

•           Atlassian Confluence 

•           MS Teams
