Writing web documentation

Prepare and give training courses on Digital/AI solutions

Contribute to Digital/AI solutions workshops

Contribute to define use cases in integrating AI solutions

Support the adoption of AI LLMs in work practices and business processes.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Knowledge in end user assistance for Digital/AI Solutions

• Good knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint)

• Good knowledge of MS-Office. 

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE:

•      Good knowledge (1 years or more) of workshops and training on the use of AI (e.g. prompting) in a corporate environment (better if EU Instituitions)

•      Good knowledge (1 year or more) of projects related to the adoption of AI in a corporate environment in a big corporate environment

•      Knowledge of AI prompt engineering

•      Experience in organising user training and workshops

•      Experience in generic IT support to end users in Office Automation (1 year or more), Moreover, preference will be given to candidates having in their CVs:

•      Education on level EQF7 or EQF8

•      Experience in maintaining websites and/or wikis

•      Experience in implementing Data Protection

•      Experience of IT Security (ISO 27001/NIST)
