Senior Business Analyst - Deadline 23/07/26

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support IT projects within the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Review and model existing (As-Is) business processes and design future (To-Be) processes.

• Support IT projects from requirements definition through implementation.

• Conduct testing activities for financial applications, including UAT and defect management.

• Prepare user manuals, procedures, and business documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.

• Contribute to project governance, reporting, and delivery processes.

• Support IT migration and system transformation projects when required.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects in large banks.

• Experience in business process analysis and process improvement.

• Experience in testing financial applications.

• Experience in project management or project coordination.

• Experience writing user manuals and user documentation.

• Knowledge of UML modeling techniques.

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Good SQL skills.

• Knowledge of banking and financial products, such as loans.

• Experience with IT migration projects is considered an advantage.

Languages

• English: C1 level (required).

• French: B2 level (recommended).

Delivery & Governance The successful candidate should be able to work within a structured governance framework, ensuring clear planning, communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and delivery of project objectives.
