We are seeking a highly dynamic and versatile Founder's Associate to work directly alongside Almedia's leadership. This isn't a typical project management role; it's for someone exceptionally bright, deeply curious, and hungry for rapid growth, eager to tackle a diverse range of challenges across the business. What You’ll Do 🎯
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead and execute diverse, high-priority projects across various functions (e.g., product, marketing, operations, strategy, finance), directly contributing to Almedia's key growth objectives.
Problem Solver & Builder: Dive into complex problems, conduct rapid research and analysis, and develop actionable solutions. You'll not just strategize, but also roll up your sleeves to build and implement.
Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies and lead efforts to optimize internal processes, tools, and workflows to enhance company-wide productivity and scalability.
Cross-Functional Catalyst: Act as a central point of coordination, bridging gaps between different teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment on critical projects.
Market & Business Insight: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to identify new opportunities, evaluate potential ventures, and support strategic decision-making.
Ad-Hoc Challenges: Be ready to jump into any mission-critical task that arises, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to unforeseen challenges.

Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, from founders to junior team members.

Bonus: Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting firm, venture capital, or a background in AdTech companies.
