About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer based in India ou Vietname to support our recruitment team. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and engaging top tech talent for international roles.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for tech positions using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms;
• Engage with candidates and assess initial fit;
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines;
• Collaborate closely with recruiters in Europe to align sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Talent Sourcer;
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Strong organizational and proactive mindset;
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
