OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee end-to-end packaging development for apparel, footwear, and accessories. This role partners with internal teams to create functional, premium packaging that aligns with brand standards, technical requirements, and complies with global regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and develop innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand and product experience
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure packaging reflects brand identity
  • Work closely with Legal and Product Integrity teams to ensure all packaging meets global regulatory standards
  • Successfully develop and approve packaging items within GTM calendar
  • Support seasonal readiness by developing and delivering accurate, compliant labeling solutions that align with product launch and cross‑functional milestones
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify cost-effective, and sustainable solutions aligned with industry trends
  • Create and communicate packaging requests to the creative team with all necessary project details
  • Manage sampling development to final production
  • Maintain and manage trackers, cost sheets, and vendor WIPs

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in packaging for footwear & accessories or product development  
  • Proven expertise in packaging negotiation, vendor management, and knowledge of industry suppliers
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset
  • Experience with PLM is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$105,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
