OVERVIEW
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Production Specialist to lead production execution across Women’s, Men’s, Unisex & Accessories categories. This role will serve as a key partner to our Central America vendor base, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standard, and efficient production flow.
This role partners closely with the Production Manager, acting as a key contributor in executing seasonal objectives while independently owning day-to-day production operations.
You will collaborate with Production, Product Development, Tech Design, and global vendors to maintain operational excellence. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own purchase order lifecycle from issuance through delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution
- Manage WIP tracking independently, proactively identifying risks and driving timely resolutions
- Communicate daily with international vendors to track production status and resolve issues
- Lead weekly WIP, delivery, and sample status updates with cross-functional teams
- Monitor production timelines, delivery dates, and launch calendars to ensure milestones are met
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Tech Design, Raw Materials, and Logistics to ensure alignment throughout production
- Partner with the Production Manager on vendor allocation and capacity planning while driving execution at the style and order level
- Ensure PP and TOP samples are received in line with production timelines
- Track and receive TOP samples to present in weekly meetings
- Maintain and update ERP, PLM, and internal tracking systems with a high level of data integrity
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Troubleshoot production challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and minimal direction
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in production or related field
- Strong understanding of production processes, timelines, and vendor management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP, PLM, and WIP systems
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$72,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
