Senior Scrum Master

Introduce and lead rigorous Sprint organization, ensuring adherence to Agile ceremonies and processes, while supporting the development team and stakeholders in continuous improvement and product delivery.

• Introduce and enforce structured Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices across the team

• Manage and update product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner

• Act as facilitator between dev team and stakeholders

• Guide the team in Agile transformation and process improvement

• Monitor sprint progress and remove impediments

• Contribute to product vision and continuous enhancement through collaborative work with UX, Product Manager, and business teams
