Job Overview
- Supervising the daily workflow of the store; opening, closure, daily sales targets, arrivals and returns etc.
- Managing and motivating employees to work based on the company’s customer service standards
- Monitoring store’s performance along with the Area Manager; Being responsible for meeting agreed KPIs
- Training new staff members and being responsible for the overall success of the team
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints ensuring high level customers’ satisfaction
- Working closely with a number of departments such as Supply Management, IT, Accounting, Marketing, HR, etc. in order to perform several operational tasks
- Implementing policies and procedures based on company standards
- Performing other related tasks as necessary
