Job Overview
- Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the client
- Ability to perform review of Title Search and examine search copies sourced from Title plants such as Property Insight (Title Point), Data Trace, Redvision and Netronline
- Ability to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related matters
- Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed
- Review residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information
- Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines
- Maintain strong team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals
- Should be capable of producing error free work consistently
- Ability to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisor
- Timely completion of all work assignments and projects
