Altom Transport is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and office tasks. This role is ideal for college students or individuals looking for part-time office experience in a professional environment. The position offers flexibility during standard office hours and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling within those hours
- Maximum of 30 hours per week
- No evenings or weekends required.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with general office and administrative tasks
- Data entry and organizing documents or files
- Preparing paperwork and materials for staff
- Answering phones and directing calls when needed
- Helping maintain organized office spaces and records
- Supporting team members with small projects and daily operational tasks
- Assisting different departments when extra help is needed
Qualifications
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable using basic computer programs such as email, documents, and spreadsheets
