Altom Transport is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and office tasks. This role is ideal for college students or individuals looking for part-time office experience in a professional environment. The position offers flexibility during standard office hours and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations.


Schedule

  • Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling within those hours
  • Maximum of 30 hours per week
  • No evenings or weekends required.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with general office and administrative tasks
  • Data entry and organizing documents or files
  • Preparing paperwork and materials for staff
  • Answering phones and directing calls when needed
  • Helping maintain organized office spaces and records
  • Supporting team members with small projects and daily operational tasks
  • Assisting different departments when extra help is needed

  • Organized and dependable
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs such as email, documents, and spreadsheets
