Job Description:
- Project Participation: Actively participate in real-world business projects and assignments, including tasks such as analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support.
- Business Enhancement: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the construction industry with creative ideas and approaches.
- Process Support: Fulfill supporting duties that help the assigned department's daily workflow and aid in achieving business goals.
- Learning and Development: Attend technical and soft-skill training sessions, workshops, and internal company organizations offered throughout the program.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with professionals from various departments and participate in cross-functional collaboration projects.
- Mentorship: Seek guidance from the assigned mentor, establish and follow personal development goals based on regular feedback.
Requirements
Must be a final-year student in an undergraduate or graduate program, OR a recent graduate who has graduated no more than 2 years ago.
Must be studying/have graduated from one of the following or related disciplines:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, etc.)
- Architecture
- Business Administration / Economics
- Marketing / Communications
- Logistics / Supply Chain
- Human Resources
