Our engineering, product, design, and marketing teams work from our Redwood City office three days a week. About the role

We’re looking for a VP of Product to scale and lead our product organization, and build market-winning agentic products for physical security. In this role, you’ll own product strategy and execution for all of our products, and work cross-functionally to drive sales enablement, post-sales success and product marketing initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Build and execute product strategy that clearly defines product direction, market segments, positioning, packaging, pricing, and commercial strategies in alignment with the company vision and business objectives.

• Build and execute a product development framework that defines the methodology for building products at the company, including discovery, design, prioritization, testing and rollout.

• Own the product roadmap, and work closely with engineering to deliver new features, improve capabilities, and bring state-of-the-art innovation to our agentic platform.

• Drive adoption and revenue impact with existing customers by working cross-functionally with Customer Success.

• Drive market win rate and revenue impact with new customers by working cross-functionally with Sales and contributing to Sales Enablement.

What you’ll bring

• Scaled and led product teams in a high-growth, fast-paced, and highly innovative company building products for large enterprise customers. At least 8+ years in product management, 4+ years in a people management / leadership role.

• Ability to communicate, influence and persuade various personas effectively - customers, prospects, security practitioners, industry leaders, and team members.

• Strong product taste, craftsmanship and quality standards. An understanding of, appreciation of, and instinct for AI-native and agentic products. An obsession with shipping velocity and product quality.

• Demonstrated contribution to cross-functional efforts and revenue impact.

• Technical background is preferred but not required.
