About the role…

The Sales Analyst will will play a critical role in driving B2B business performance through advanced reporting, forecasting, and data analysis. You will be responsible for building reliable and insightful B2B sales dashboards, translating data into clear recommendations, and ensuring that sales processes. Day to day responsibilities include;

  • Build and maintain advanced sales reports, dashboards and databases (Excel, Power BI, BI tools) covering B2B and sell in and sell-through performance.
  • Provide regular sales analysis (sell-in by channel/category, weekly sell-through) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and consolidate sales team outlooks with order book and campaign performance.
  • Prepare and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) planning with aligned sales data, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Brand, Operations, and Customer Service to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, enabling informed decisions and business growth.

About you…

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analysis, or Sales Operations in consumer goods, retail, or sporting goods industries.
  • Go to market experience in a wholesale business
  • Demonstrated success in building advanced reports and dashboards, and in translating data into business recommendations
  • You have demonstrated strong analytical experience with proficiency in data analysis tools such as - but not limited to - Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
  • You have a great problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks but also drive projects as part of a team.
  • You have experience working in, and understanding, a B2B wholesale and retail sales environment with competency in ERP systems (i.e., SAP) as a plus.
