Non- Ferrous Inspector

We are currently seeking a dedicated Inspector Monday-Friday 8.00am to 4.30 pm to join our Non-Ferrous Department. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of ferrous/non ferrous metals, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you’re responsible for:

• Conducting thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Identify and segregating non-conforming materials, such as contaminants or prohibited items
• Utilizing appropriate tools and equipment to measure and verify the weight, dimensions, and composition materials
• Collaborating with the operations team to coordinate the movement and storage of materials within the yard
• Communicating and reporting any deviations from quality standards
