Job Overview

As an AIM Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all accounts while scheduling company drivers to service customers. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires the ability to problem solve and will provide the chance for learning every day. 

What you're responsible for: 

  • Distributing and coordinating customer service calls. 
  • Communicating between scale operators, yard operations and drivers. 
  • Directing trucks and providing detailed feedback to scale on quality of material. 
  • Monitoring driver hours within provincial compliance regulations. 
  • Tracking incoming and outgoing orders 
  • Planning efficient routes based on customer pickup requests
  • Ensuring safe operation processes and procedures are followed
