The Senior Accountant II is responsible for a variety of State and Federal Contract and Grant billing and reporting. This position will include assigned accounts balance sheet reconciliation and assigned bank account reconciliations.

About the Position:
The Senior Accountant II is responsible for a variety of State and Federal Contract and Grant billing and reporting. This position will include assigned accounts balance sheet reconciliation and assigned bank account reconciliations.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare monthly contract/grant invoices for assigned contracts and grants. Verify expenses are budgeted and all backup documentation attached.
- Analyze and prepare account reconciliations and journal entries for assigned accounts.
- Perform technical accounting research as requested.
- Complete Fiscal Audits on assigned contracts and grants.
- Assist with annual Insurance renewal applications and ongoing requests for Certificates of Insurance.
- Assist with annual indirect cost proposal.
- Assist Sr. Director of Finance and Sr. Vice President of Finance with special requests as needed.
