Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Partner’s diaries
- Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Partner
- Organising and manage meetings
- Preparing meeting agendas and materials
- Taking meeting minutes
- Arranging travel plans
- Handling expenses and timesheets
- Creating, editing, and maintaining documents such as reports and presentations
- Monitoring leads and client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and suggesting next steps
- Updating client information on the CRM
- Supporting recruitment activities by helping with interview scheduling and feedback administration.
