Manager, Technology Architect

We are expanding our technology modernisation and transformation capability across the Nordics, helping clients design and implement modern enterprise platforms and operating models. We are now looking for a Technology Architect to join our team.

This is a significant growth area for Analysys Mason. Joining us now offers the opportunity to shape how this capability develops, to influence our approach to architecture-led transformation, and to take on real autonomy as the practice scales.

As a Manager in our Oslo team, you will play a key role in driving this growth. You will work alongside a highly motivated Nordic leadership team operating across Norway and Sweden, who partner directly with CTOs, CIOs, CDOs and Transformation Directors. You will receive direct support from the Partners, who will invest in your development as you help shape the future direction of technology modernisation at Analysys Mason.

You will work on complex, high‑impact business and technology projects that shape how organisations design and deliver their future technology and operating models.

This is an architecture-led role rather than a hands-on implementation position. You will be responsible for translating strategy into actionable architectural designs, helping clients understand how different platforms and technologies fit together, and working with technical architects and delivery teams to ensure that business needs are fully understood and effectively executed.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• managing and delivering a diverse range of project types across different geographies including complex, high-impact business and technology initiatives
• defining enterprise architectures and integration patterns and advising on platform and technology roadmaps
• controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects
• helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support project delivery and sales
• building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your expertise
• proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams
• developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.
