Manager, Technology Transformation

Analysys Mason is expanding its technology and digital transformation capability in Oslo, Norway and is seeking a Manager to help clients navigate complex transformation journeys, modernise operations, and realise the full value of technology-led change.

You will bridge business strategy and technology architecture, helping clients understand how platforms, applications, and capabilities align to enable transformation and deliver value.

As part of a growing practice, you will have the opportunity to shape our technology and digital transformation offering, take ownership and contribute to its strategic direction making meaningful impact. Working closely with Partners and senior leaders across the Nordics, you will collaborate with C-suite executives on complex transformation challenges while helping shape the future of technology modernisation at Analysys Mason.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading delivery of technology and digital transformation engagements helping organisations modernise operating models, processes, platforms, and technology capabilities to adapt for a technology-enabled future.
• Partnering with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Transformation Directors to provide strategic and practical guidance that delivers lasting transformation outcomes.
• Translating strategic ambitions into clear architectural direction, shaping the target state and the roadmap to get there. 
• Managing workstreams across complex transformation programmes, ensuring solution designs are scalable and aligned with strategic outcomes
• Supporting the growth of the practice by building client relationships, shaping propositions, and contributing to business development activities.
