Job Overview

We are actively seeking a Patient Services Representative professional that is a certified medical assistant that has an empathetic demeanor and positive attitude to join our remote workforce! We need someone who enjoys making a difference, and can confidently build brand advocacy, deliver empathy, and assist our clients with whatever they may need.

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a College Degree
  • Must be professional, ethical, and have a patient-centric attitude
  • Must be results oriented and pay strong attention to detail
  • Must be well organized and computer literate
  • Must have at least 2 years of contact center experience
  • Must be a true team player with great communication skills
  • Must be able to advocate our brands well
  • English speaker, Bilingual is a plus!
  • Ability to maintain excellence attendance
  • Must be flexible as our work schedules vary!
  • Experience supporting subscription based products or services
  • Proactively identifies and escalates issues to support the patient experience and brand

POTENTIAL SCHEDULE

  • Monday-Friday 6AM-3PM CST 
  • Sunday-Thursday 12PM-9PM CST
