Anchanto is a Global B2B SaaS product company headquartered in Singapore with operations across 14+ countries. Through its award-winning SaaS products and solutions, Anchanto enables eCommerce enablers/Distributors manage & run highly successful end-to-end eCommerce operations across Asia Pacific.

Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan.

 

The role of the Enterprise Sales Manager is ideal for a seasoned sales hunter with a strong B2B sales background, focusing on aggressively driving new business in the Retail and Logistics sectors. This role emphasizes outbound strategies, relationship building with key stakeholders like CXOs, and the ability to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to Anchanto’s growth in eCommerce, logistics, and warehousing through market development efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales: Achieving sales targets, consultative selling, and managing leads.
  • Business Development: Market research, pipeline development, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Market Development: Staying updated on industry trends and building brand presence.

The ideal candidate should have a proven record in software sales, experience in industries like FMCG or logistics, and the ability to manage complex SaaS deal cycles.

Sales:

  • Quota Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed new sales targets, driving Anchanto's new sales growth in Singapore.
    • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, pipeline development, and sales metrics in the CRM system to ensure visibility and accountability.
    • Provide feedback to marketing and BDR teams on inbound leads to be serviced.
  • Consultative Selling & Lead Servicing:
    • Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and how Anchanto can help their business.
    • Tailor sales presentations to address the unique needs of prospects, demonstrating how Anchanto’s platform solves key business challenges.
    • Service MQLs until closure by closely managing customer side stakeholders throughout the sale process from discovery, solutioning to contract negotiation.

Business Development:

  • Market Research:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify and prioritize high-potential enterprise prospects in the Retail and Logistics sectors
  • New Logo Acquisition & Pipeline Development:
    • Drive pipeline growth by achieving ambitious targets for new customer acquisition in the enterprise segment.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities such as cold outreach, content-driven emails, LinkedIn engagement, and targeted calls.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Cross-Department Teams:
    • Work closely with business development representative assigned to the market on outbound programs targeting specific key industries and customer types.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (BDR, Marketing) to build outreach programs to communicate Anchanto solutions to customers

Market Development:

  • Industry Knowledge & Thought Leadership:
    • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the ecommerce/digital commerce and logistics sectors, especially in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
    • Represent Anchanto at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and foster relationships with potential clients.

Essential Experience :

  • A minimum of 10+ years with demonstrated experience in B2B software sales.
  •  Experience selling into to CXOs in any one of FMCG/CPG, Cosmetics, Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Footwear and Logistics Industries.
  • Experience in a fast moving SaaS environment with the ability to navigate both large enterprise deal cycles as well as smaller and faster land and expand opportunities.
  • Familiarity and experience with end to end sales process including prospecting, solutioning and deal structuring.

Good to Have Experience:

  • Expertise in technical sales, technical pre-sales or having a technical background.
  • Ecommerce industry, Supply Chain or Logistics Industry experience is highly desired.
  • Excellent organizational skills, be able to work & coordinate internal & external stakeholders.
