Job Overview

The Strategic Growth Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country, is seeking a Market Growth Specialist who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. The Market Growth Specialist supports strategic growth initiatives by executing industry-focused, multi-channel marketing campaigns and coordinating the development of aligned messaging, content, and sales enablement assets. This role builds and manages campaigns and workflows in HubSpot/CRM, maintains accurate data and segmentation, and develops target account lists using tools such as ZoomInfo to identify priority accounts and buying signals. The Specialist also supports webinar and event logistics, lead routing and tracking, and campaign QA, while pulling performance data and maintaining dashboards to inform optimization. Working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures on-time delivery and consistent positioning across priority industries.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, webinars) based on defined industry strategy 
  • Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot including workflows, emails, and landing pages in coordination with Marketing Automation Specialist 
  • Coordinate timelines and ensure on-time delivery 
  • Coordinate development of industry-specific marketing materials with internal teams 
  • Ensure assets align with messaging and positioning 
  • Manage updates and revisions 
  • Organize and maintain industry content library (case studies, insights, proof points) 
  • Build and manage target lists and segmentation within CRM/HubSpot 
  • Maintain data accuracy and campaign readiness 
  • Update records within the CRM 
  • Analyze ZoomInfo and CRM data to identify priority accounts and buying signals 
  • IBIS world list pulls 
  • Support development of target account lists (ABM-style) by industry 
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and follow-up for events and webinars with Marketing Manager 
  • Track attendance and support post-event execution 
  • Execute lead routing, tagging, and tracking 
  • Support campaign QA and system workflows 
  • Act as CRM liaison with IT department as needed 
  • Pull and compile campaign performance data 
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting templates 
  • Track timelines and manage tasks across teams 
  • Support development and maintenance of industry messaging and positioning in partnership with Business Development Associate 
  • Build foundational knowledge across the four focus industries including key trends, buyers, and priority targets 
  • Conduct targeted research using ZoomInfo and other tools to identify high-value accounts and contacts 
  • Maintain and update industry target lists and segmentation criteria 
  • Track competitor activity within key industries (campaigns, messaging, positioning) 

 

What We’re Looking For:  

  • Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills 
  • Familiarity with data tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar 
  • Ability to analyze basic marketing metrics (email performance, engagement, campaign results) 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment 
  • Exposure to industry-focused marketing or verticalized campaigns is a plus 

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years B2B marketing experience 
  • HubSpot or CRM and marketing automation experience 

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.

Salary Range
$68,000$75,000 USD
