The Procurement Associate will play a crucial role in building the operational backbone to support this mission—by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services essential to scaling Angkas' rider operations.
Ensure Efficient Procurement Operations
- Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Collect supplier quotations and prepare summary comparison sheets
- Follow up with vendors on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation
- Support the team in verifying deliveries and managing purchase tracking logs
Maintain Accurate Procurement Records & Systems
- Maintain supplier databases and procurement records for traceability
- Help manage electronic and physical procurement filing systems to ensure audit readiness
- Assist in maintaining procurement compliance checklists and supporting documentation
Support Cross-functional Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify procurement needs and specifications
- Prepare routine procurement reports and updates for internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially sheets)
- Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus
