The Procurement Associate will play a crucial role in building the operational backbone to support this mission—by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services essential to scaling Angkas' rider operations.

Ensure Efficient Procurement Operations

  • Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Collect supplier quotations and prepare summary comparison sheets
  • Follow up with vendors on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation
  • Support the team in verifying deliveries and managing purchase tracking logs

Maintain Accurate Procurement Records & Systems

  • Maintain supplier databases and procurement records for traceability
  • Help manage electronic and physical procurement filing systems to ensure audit readiness
  • Assist in maintaining procurement compliance checklists and supporting documentation

Support Cross-functional Coordination and Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams to clarify procurement needs and specifications
  • Prepare routine procurement reports and updates for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially sheets)
  • Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus
