- Oversee local operations with respect to departmental functions, administration, and workforce supervision.
- Achieve local performance targets.
- Enhance operational procedure and business processes according to local standards.
- Serve as a company representative for any regulatory and local government requirements.
- Duties and responsibilities will include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
- Biker journey management: Leads generation, onboarding, incubation, retention, offboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems, and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Preferably, the candidate should be knowledgeable about driving and operating a motorcycle.
