Reliability Engineer: CHPP

A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join the team at our Capcoal mine site.  You will be a key part of this operation and will deliver the performance analysis of assets at the Coal Handling Prep Plant (CHPP) to deliver long term asset improvements across the operations. You will value collaborative relationships to safely drive continuous improvement and innovation.

In addition, you will be responsible to lead the defect elimination process and assist in managing the equipment life cycle asset management strategy including:

• Develop reliability reports for the CHPP assets and coordinate delay analysis meetings.
• Coordinate the defect elimination program for the site in a timely manner, utilising various forms of root cause analysis methodologies.
• Develop and review strategies for equipment maintenance and monitoring using reliability centered maintenance principals.
• Failure and delay data reporting and analysis.
• Assisting with management of the site warranty claims and failure investigations.
