System Support Analyst: Client Applications

Your role will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for managing issues with in-scope applications, which include incidents and problems logged by users, addressing vulnerabilities and audit findings.
- Act as the first level of support for in scope applications, by receiving system incidents from users and performing trouble shooting to establish whether the incident should be directed to the support vendor.
- Comply with application incident and problem management throughout their lifecycle with the specific owners and keep user informed of progress.
- Work proactively with business users to identify process and task improvements for efficiency and ensure these are added to development backlog.
- Understand the system functionality to assist users, internally and externally, to optimize use of the Diamond Trading client facing systems.
- Responsible for code deployment through Azure pipelines, where developers do not have access to production.
- Give input into development release plans and ensure business users are aware of and trained on new functionality.
- Co-ordinate the development of the test plan and test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing for in scope systems.
- Administer activities for cloud resources to meet application demands, budget constraints, and security requirements.
- Manage the role and profile allocations for scope systems, as per the procedure, following the relevant business approval processes and compile and retain evidence required for internal and external audit access review process.
- Implement and monitor all IT general controls for in scope applications to manage risk.
- Actively participate in all business Safety, Health, and Safety initiatives
