Snr Specialist Reserves

1. Safety: Create a safety culture through productive and authorized operational systems/processes that allow all employees (including contracting partners) to provide their outputs in a risk-controlled environment. Oversee consistent application of Safety & Health principles in all discipline interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities.

1. Performance and Delivery

•         Integrate and track cross functional initiatives that impact on reserve generation and LOM

•         Create Reserves for existing operations.

•         Prepare report of mine Reserves in compliance with relevant codes.

•         Provide specialist support to a business or function as required.

•         Develop and maintain planning systems to streamline Reserve process.

•         Establish standard database, planning, scheduling and reporting systems for Reserves. Integrate data and financial modelling to enhance Reserve capability.

•         Utilise scanning capability to keep up to date with technological advancements and relevant code updates to ensure health of discipline is industry leading and forward focused.
