Job Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our De Beers London’s flagship store in The Houston Galleria. You will drive sales performance across all categories, cultivate strong client relationships with existing clients, create new relationships and work to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. You will embody the prestige and elegance of De Beers London in every aspect of the selling ceremony by acting as an ambassador and deliver unparalleled service and expertise to our discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

  • Introduce the Brand to all visitors and explain its history to new clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and diamond knowledge.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and accessible client information.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships, engaging them with events and new products.
  • Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure.

What you'll do:

Act Like an Owner: Take full responsibility for the store's performance and client satisfaction. Make decisions that align with the brand's values and long-term goals.

Create Clarity: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Ensure everyone understands the brand's vision and objectives.

Empower Teams: Encourage and support team members to achieve their best. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.

Challenge Conventions: Innovate and think creatively to improve sales strategies and client engagement. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor practices

The base salary for the position is $55,000 - $60,000 USD annually + plus bonus and commission plan.
