- You will be primarily taking calls for one of our industries, however, you will occasionally still receive calls from other accounts as well to support overflow.

Weekly Pay: $15.50
Shift: Full-Time and Part-Time Openings
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally and empathetically to understand their concerns and complaints, adhering to all scripting guidelines.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance, addressing customer concerns with efficiency and courtesy.
- Take accurate phone messages during customer interactions to ensure clear, detailed documentation.
