• Our Answering Service Operator job opportunities in FL start at $16.00/hr (bi-lingual English/Spanish is $16.50/hr) with a $.50 increase at 4 months and annual reviews.
• Plus Weekly Performance Bonuses! Earn weekly performance bonuses by exceeding performance expectations (starting at $2.75/hr above New Hire Starting Pay per State)
• Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time openings available

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
• Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
• Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
• Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
• Live chat, SMS, and email support
