At AnyVan, growth is in our DNA and we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Manager to help our Head of Talent lead the charge.

What you'll be doing:

🎯 Lead high-volume recruitment:
Take ownership of range of roles globally, with a focus on hiring across Sales & Operations, managing multiple roles at once and driving efficient, candidate-focused processes.

👥 Guide & support the hiring team:
Act as the go-to partner for Hiring Managers and more junior members of team, advising on role briefs, interview best practice, process improvements, and market insights.

💡 Lead sourcing strategies:
Design and execute creative sourcing plans, guiding junior team members (where applicable) and ensuring we’re attracting top talent in competitive markets.

💬 Champion candidate experience:
Set the tone for professional, engaging, and fast-moving interactions, from first touch to offer.

⚙️ Drive recruitment excellence:
Own ATS hygiene (Ashby), track key data, and ensure reporting is accurate to support business decision-making.

🚀 Improve and optimise:
Spot bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and help build scalable hiring processes that support rapid growth.

🤝 Act as a culture ambassador:
Represent AnyVan with professionalism, energy, and integrity, showcasing our values and ensuring every hire strengthens our culture.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

🔥 Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced commercial or sales-driven environment.

🧭 Some leadership capability, whether coordinating others, mentoring juniors, or taking ownership of a function.

🌍 Bonus points for international hiring exposure (UK experience = huge advantage).

💪 A proactive, solutions-focused mindset you don’t wait to be asked; you make things happen.

🧠 Strong organisational skills, juggling multiple roles without losing quality or pace.

👂 Excellent communication and influencing skills, you can advise, challenge, and build trust quickly.

⚡ A fast, action-driven approach, you get things done and know how to move a process forward.

🚗 Ability to be in our Cape Town CBD office at least three days a week.
