We’re looking for a data wizard who doesn't just "see" numbers but hears what they’re screaming. If you’re the kind of person who gets a dopamine hit from a clean Snowflake query or building an AI workflow that handles in minutes what used to take hours, we want you at AnyVan.

You’ll be digging into our data to find the "hidden gems" that help us scale and streamline our processes, tech stack, and help our ops and commercial teams move faster than a delivery van on a clear day.

What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff)

• Data Detective Work: Dive into Snowflake and Tableau to figure out what’s working, what’s broken, and where the next big win is hiding.

• Process Architect: You aren't just reporting on the chaos, you’re the one building the roadmap out of it. You’ll redesign workflows for Sales and CS to ensure we’re scaling smoothly.

• Tech Stack Tamer: Manage and optimise the tools our teams use every day. If it’s clunky, you fix it.

• Commercial Brainpower: Rethink how we engage customers using advanced analytics to make sure our front-line teams are winning.

• AI Pioneer: We love efficiency. You’ll be tasked with finding ways to use AI to make our reporting and analysis faster and smarter.

• The Data Translator: You can take a complex query and turn it into a story that makes sense to everyone from agents to the CEO. You’re the bridge between "Here’s the data" and "Here’s the plan." providing the "so what?" that drives real change.

What You'll Bring:

• Academic Rigour: A degree in something numbers-heavy (Maths, Stats, Data Science, or Engineering).

• The Toolbox: 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving business (bonus points for scale ups or marketplaces). You speak fluent SQL and have serious skills in Python, R, or Snowflake and a genuine interest in AI.

• The Curiosity: You’re the person who watches YouTube tutorials on new tools just for fun. Self-learning isn't a chore for you, it's a hobby.

• You Deliver: You have a track record of translating "complex data-speak" into "human" for stakeholders. You’re known for getting stuff done and have a "bias for action’, meaning you’d rather build a solution rather than just sit in meetings talking about one.

• The Location: You thrive on in-person collaboration at our Herzegov Boulevard office at least 3 days a week. (The coffee is worth the commute, trust us).
