We are at the forefront of intelligent customer engagement, and this role will play a pivotal part in amplifying our leadership in Virtual Agents and AI especially as we deepen our integration with Microsoft Copilot and other advanced tools.

We’re seeking a strategic yet hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Deepdesk, our true omnichannel AI solution. Deepdesk empowers agents and delights customers with real-time, intelligent support across email, chat, and voice tackling challenges like fragmented information and manual conversation summaries using Generative AI.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing AI technologies, particularly those familiar with Microsoft Copilot and similar innovations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our Virtual Agents and AI story, positioning AnywhereNow as a leader in next-gen customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market product strategies from concept through launch and beyond.

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate AnywhereNow in the CCaaS space.

  • Lead launch plans, sales enablement, and campaign asset creation.

  • Collaborate with product managers to align roadmap messaging with customer needs.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.

  • Partner with sales, support, and customer success to refine messaging.

  • Ensure consistent product storytelling across all marketing channels.

  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and product adoption.

  • Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.

  • Establish feedback loops with sales, customers, and partners to inform strategy.
