About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for our growing B2B SaaS and services business. Finance is a valued partner at Anza and this role will be instrumental in pushing that value forward, guiding company strategy and increasing our data driven decision making. 


You will own core financial models, support strategic initiatives, and help mature our planning and reporting processes as we scale.


Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting
    • Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning models
    • Build and maintain driver-based SaaS models, including ARR, net revenue retention, bookings, headcount, gross margin, and cash flow
  • Performance Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare and deliver monthly financial and KPI reporting for leadership and the board
    • Analyze variances vs. plan, forecast, and prior periods; clearly explain key drivers
    • Track and report on SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, bookings, pipeline, CAC, and unit economics
  • Process & Systems Improvement
    • Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting cadence, and financial rigor
    • Support the expansion and innovation of FP&A tools and systems, specifically leveraging our recently implemented 3rd generation tool, Abacum.

While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes:

  • 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, subscription-based businesses, and/or the solar industry
  • Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets) and ability to leverage software systems to improve productivity (FP&A tools, NetSuite, SalesForce, LLMs, etc)
  • Strong communication skills—able to translate numbers into insights
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
