Quick Take:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual looking to learn and grow within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills and is detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with various operational stakeholders, including auditors, to achieve goals, resolve issues, and drive results
- Review and verify invoices, contracts, emails, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
- Identify, update, and communicate claim discrepancies to manager on a regular basis
- Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize a variety of reports including disputes and collections
- Support auditors in preparing consolidated information and documentation to present to our clients and business partners
- Update audit files and draft correspondence
- Prepare monthly financial reconciliations and corresponding reports
- Maintain accurate and organized records
Requirements:
- Must be completely fluent in the English language
- Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Self-starter mentality with the drive to take initiative and tackle tasks independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word to effectively manage and manipulate data for reporting and analysis
- Must be able to understand and take directions from management and other team leaders
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify discrepancies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate verbally, and/or written, findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and analyze financial discrepancies and anomalies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
