Job Overview

Work Experience:

a) In House payroll experience is a must whether working with a payroll vendor or using tools like Quickbooks, GreyTHR, Razorpay etc.

b) Have handled end-to-end Indian payroll activities for at least 500-600 employees, Consultants & Interns viz. Payroll input collation, Validation of inputs, Sending to payroll vendor, payroll checks & reconciliations etc.

c) Hands On knowledge on Statutory compliances, Monthly Remittances, Filings & Returns, Year End activities etc.

d) Managed inter team joint activities like audits, journals, clarifications on queries with HRBPs etc.

e) HR Ops activities viz. Preparation of letters, Managing consultant agreements & renewals,Leave & attendance management etc. On-borading & Induction experience will be an added advantage.

a) Decent verbal and written communication skills

b) Good take care of stakeholders attitude with extensive employee relations experience

c) Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, professional and team environment

d) Understanding numbers very well

e) Maintaining the dignity of on-going policies

f) Error free payroll maintenance

g) Ensures the security and utmost confidentiality of all People-related information

h) First “go to” person for payroll related queries
