You will…

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

1. LEAD full-cycle, multicultural recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate and technical roles across multiple functions

2. BUILD strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs

3. DELIVER a top-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage of the hiring process

4. PROVIDE data-driven practices that empower hiring teams to make smarter, faster decisions

5. STAY informed on industry trends and best practices to keep talent acquisition strategies competitive

6. UTILIZE data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement

7. CHAMPION employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talent

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• MANAGE recruitment agencies and external partnerships to ensure alignment with hiring goals and standards

People Operations

• OVERSEE contract creation, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive team member experience

• Other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
