AI/ML Engineer

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: 

• Strong skills in the Python ML stack (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy).
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration (OpenAI API, LangChain, fine-tuning workflows).
• Knowledge of forecasting models (regression, time-series, probabilistic approaches).
• Expertise in confidence scoring systems (rule-based + ML hybrids).
• Solid background in model evaluation and bias/error analysis.
• Ability to design and implement data pipelines for training and inference.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices (model versioning, retraining pipelines, monitoring).
• Experience with HuggingFace Transformers.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Exposure to CI/CD and automation tools for ML workflows (a plus).
• Good conversational English (B2 or higher).

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: 

• Design and implement ML and LLM-powered solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
• Build and optimize pipelines for training, fine-tuning, inference, and monitoring of AI models.
• Develop and evaluate forecasting models across business domains.
• Create robust confidence scoring and model validation systems.
• Integrate LLMs into applications through APIs, LangChain, and retrieval-augmented generation setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models into products and workflows.
• Conduct bias/error analysis to ensure fairness, reliability, and transparency in AI solutions.
• Maintain and optimize vector database solutions for retrieval and search tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and proactively propose improvements.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of excellence in AI/ML practices.
