- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related careers.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or business development, preferably in the technology or public sector.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic understanding of public procurement processes is an advantage.
- Experience supporting proposal preparation and client interactions in a B2B or B2G environment is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Google Cloud products and digital transformation concepts.
- Understanding of CRM tools for managing leads and opportunities.
- Familiarity with government procurement cycles and basic bid preparation.
- Ability to identify and communicate client needs to senior sales staff.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Proactive approach to learning and sales support.
- Organizational skills for managing leads, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Basic negotiation skills and willingness to develop consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Support prospecting activities to identify potential opportunities through research, events, and direct outreach.
- Assist in preparing and updating commercial proposals and documentation for bids and tenders.
- Coordinate meetings, product demos, and presentations between prospective clients and the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to gather feedback, ensure timely responses, and keep the sales cycle moving.
- Support senior executives in account management tasks, including compiling reports and tracking progress toward sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect technical, product, and marketing information required for proposals.
- Participate in industry and government-related events to build familiarity with the market and expand professional networks.
- Learn about government procurement processes, Google Cloud solutions, and the company’s service offerings to build sales capabilities.
