- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of professional Java development (including legacy systems & Java EE).
- 2+ years of professional experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
- Microservices Architecture.
- Strong skills in JavaScript.
- Expertise in REST API consumption and debugging.
- Experience with JBoss/Apache application servers.
- Advanced skills with Oracle DB.
- Strong debugging and triage capabilities in production environments.
- AWS cloud experience.
- Linux basics and Bash scripting.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and New Relic.
- Conversational English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US - based clients.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Triage and resolve tickets from the incident queue.
- Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents.
- Participate in control callouts and outage response.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to system reliability improvements.
- Debug backend processes and troubleshoot REST API integrations.
- Collaborate in an Agile, team-oriented environment.
- Maintain documentation throughout the SDLC.
