You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role.
  • Proven sales experience, especially in value-based selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders, including executive and C-level contacts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close contracts that maximize value and profitability.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and proficiency with Excel for reporting and forecasting.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with planning and mediation skills and a focus on long-term client success.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Industry and customer relationship expertise across multiple sectors.
  • Excellent English level (C1/C2) is a must.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships that foster trust and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability and meet business goals.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services according to client needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including sales results and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage client escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
