- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- 3–5 years of experience managing end-to-end technology or software development projects.
- At least 1 year of previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role.
- Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Familiarity with project assurance roles and structured reporting models.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk and contingency planning.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client expectations are met.
- Deep understanding of contract management and budget control.
- English – Full Professional Proficiency.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- ead and oversee the delivery of project deliverables according to scope, quality standards, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Monitor development cadence and ensure that outputs align with project requirements.
- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Track overall progress, performance, and resource usage, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain regular and structured communication with upper management, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure all reporting structures are followed and documentation is kept up to date.
- Conduct project evaluation reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a clear understanding of client expectations and align delivery to meet those needs.
- Oversee budget execution and ensure adherence to financial and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage changes in project scope or direction.
- Promote continuous improvement by contributing to the development of project management best practices and lessons learned.
