Tech Associate Product Manager

You are a technically strong and detail-oriented Product professional who thrives at the intersection of business and engineering. You are comfortable navigating APIs, backend systems, and integration workflows, transforming complex needs into clear, actionable product requirements. You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Product Management, or a related role.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for partner or third-party API integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and backend systems.
• Ability to translate technical and business needs into clear documentation, specifications, and workflows.
• Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with highly demanding teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, with experience collaborating closely with US-based teams.
• Familiarity with AI or ML concepts is a plus, though not required.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for partner and API integrations across key verticals.
• Translate stakeholder needs into Epics, User Stories, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Build and maintain integration roadmaps aligned with business priorities and engineering capacity.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, clarity, and accurate implementation of requirements.
• Lead requirement workshops, technical deep dives, and alignment sessions with cross-functional groups.
• Support integration validation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, coordinating resolutions with relevant teams.
• Improve integration documentation, templates, and internal processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Provide technical clarity and guidance when interacting with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Optionally contribute insights related to AI/ML as part of modernization initiatives.
