Full-Stack Engineer (React + Next.js)

You bring to Applaudo and our client the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience building web applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Strong experience creating data-heavy UIs (tables, grids, dashboards, visualizations).
• Experience working with Node.js, ideally with NestJS for backend API development.
• Hands-on experience integrating GraphQL endpoints.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL or Supabase preferred).
• Experience with authentication solutions such as Auth0; exposure to MS Entra (Azure AD) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AWS serverless services, especially Lambda, Elastic Cache, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, or similar.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team with high expectations and asynchronous collaboration.
• Advanced English, able to communicate clearly with US-based teams and stakeholders.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize front-end features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop highly interactive components including tables, data visualizations, grids, and dashboards.
• Contribute to backend development using NestJS, serverless patterns, and AWS services when needed.
• Work with large datasets, implementing efficient data fetching through GraphQL and APIs.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Ensure quality through unit and integration testing with Jest.
• Collaborate closely with global engineering teams, product leaders, and other contractors.
• Follow Agile practices, contributing to continuous improvement and delivering in rapid iterations.
• Support upcoming platform migration efforts and help maintain Bain-compliant infrastructure standards.
