You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
- High school diploma.
- At least 6 months of proven experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or higher).
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming calls, redirecting them or taking messages as needed.
- Greet visitors and notify the appropriate staff members.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting rooms for visitors and internal meetings.
- Coordinate cleaning activities and schedules.
- Answer general inquiries and address complaints professionally.
- Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
- Check, sort, and forward emails as required.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain updated records, files, and documentation.
- Monitor office expenses and track related costs.
- Assist with procurement duties for events and celebrations.
- Manage petty cash and send weekly expense reports to the treasury team.
- Support additional administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and scheduling when required.
