Senior React Developer

About You

You are a frontend developer who enjoys building high-quality, performant user interfaces using React. You have experience working on complex applications, managing state, integrating with APIs, and delivering clean, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions.

You pay attention to detail, take ownership of your work, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are comfortable working in environments where AI is part of the development workflow, using it to improve efficiency, quality, and the way you build and maintain frontend applications.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong experience with React (SPA applications).
• Advanced knowledge of state management patterns (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Experience optimizing frontend performance.
• Solid understanding of UX and accessibility principles.
• Experience with frontend testing strategies (Jest, React Testing Library, or similar).
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on UI quality.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong ownership of frontend deliverables and code quality.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency is required, as you will work directly with US-based clients.

• Develop and maintain frontend tests.
• Document components and technical decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of frontend practices and standards
