About you:
You’re a motivated student or recent graduate eager to learn and contribute to growth initiatives. You’re organized, curious, and ready to support lead generation through research, data, and marketing automation tools.
You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Currently in the 4th or 5th year of your undergraduate studies, close to finishing your degree, or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify high-potential leads.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and prospecting platforms like Apollo (preferred).
- Interest or experience in lead scoring, segmentation, and outreach strategies.
- Basic understanding of digital campaigns and cold email outreach.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with automation tools and learning about AI-powered marketing processes.
- Detail-oriented, especially when managing databases and campaign assets.
- Enthusiastic about growth marketing, digital sales, and performance analysis.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and tactical support to accelerate growth initiatives.
- Research and deliver high-quality leads using Apollo, focusing on buying signals and company fit.
- Keep the lead database in HubSpot clean and well-organized.
- Assist in evaluating and prioritizing leads to ensure high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
- Act as a project coordinator assistant to ensure campaigns have necessary assets for deployment.
- Support cold email campaign deployment and performance tracking.
- Maintain and optimize AI-powered lead generation automations.
- Align content and social media with cohesive brand messaging using AI.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and analyze campaign performance.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to align campaigns with commercial objectives.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss goals and optimization opportunities
